Performance Test Lead
Job description:
- Strong Performance Testing experience in Jmeter.
- Strong Performance Testing experience in Loadrunner
- Able to execute Performance related projects independently for any tech stack.
- Should be able to create Test Strategy and execute project end to end.
- Manage customer communications form Offshore.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, TCS management.
- Able to Lead junior associates to achieve the project goals.
- Should be able to prepare test data with Scripts, tools in case if it is required
Must have
- Should have strong experience in Jmeter.
- Strong Experience in Loadrunner.
- Good End to end Performance Testing experience.
- Should be able to provide Performance Test strategy for any tech stack combination and able to execute the project independently.
